I had a very bad experience with the employee then with the Head Office in Ontario. Asked for cream cheese bagel, the lady put so little cheese that I confused it with butter. When asked for more cheese, she refused to add. Called the CS head office to complaint, the lady said that the branch owner or someone from head-office will call me. No one called yet. I used to go their for breakfast around 3 times per week. I am not goig any more and I found a better local place for breakfast.

They have a lot of patience for English speaking customers who try with their little knowledge of french

The staff were pretty nice. Food was good for breakfast. They have a patio as well.
